Information about your HTWK-Card

The contact person for the HTWK Card is the card-issuing office:

• the Department of Student Affairs for students and cards issued for study and further education purposes (external students, early students, guest students)
• the Human Resources Department for employees of the university
• the Department of Technology for external service providers for access purposes
• the university library for user ID cards
• the faculty for access cards, e.g. for lecturers

For the external doors, however, you also need a PIN, which you can view in the account management of the Identity Management System under "HTWK Account Data" - "Select card".

Special access authorisations are issued by the administrator responsible for your faculty.
